Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of "triple analgesia" and intelligent management in postoperative analgesia of anorectal disease. Methods A total of 92 patients with anorectal disease who underwent surgical treatment at Shangrao People′s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, randomly numbered from 1 to 92, the odd numbers were classified as the control group, and the even numbers were classified as the observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was used intelligent management intervention, and the observation group was used intelligent management combined with "triple analgesia" intervention. Both groups were intervened until 15 days after operation, and the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, wound healing time and total incidence rates of adverse reactions at different time points after operation were vomared between the two groups. Results The differences in time, inter-group, and interaction between the two groups of patients were statistically significant (P<0.05); further pairwise comparison, intra-group comparison: the Vas score on the 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 days after surgery were all higher than 6 hours after surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); comparison between groups: the VAS scores of the observation group at 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion "Triple analgesia" combined with intelligent management applied in postoperative analgesia of anorectal disease can effectively reduce the pain of patients, accelerate wound healing, and will not increase adverse reactions.
