术后择时护理模式在促进腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用

摘要目的探讨腹部手术患者采用术后择时护理模式对其胃肠道功能恢复状况的效果。方法选取2018年5月—2020年10月抚州市第一人民医院收治的80 腹部手术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各40 例。对照组采用传统护理，观察组采用术后择时护理，比较两组的术后胃肠道相关指标评分、患者首次肠道通气、通便和留院时间，两组的护理满意度。结果观察组护理后的腹胀、排气/排便、疼痛评分低于对照组；观察组的首次排便时间、排气时间和留院时短于对照组，观察组的各项护理满意度评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对实施腹部手术患者用术后择时护理能促使其胃肠道功能及早恢复，可提升患者护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore application of postoperative timing nursing mode in gastrointestinal function recovery of patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 80 cases with abdominal operation from May 2018 to October in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province were selected as research objects, divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by traditional nursing, and the observation group was intervened by postoperative selective nursing.The scores of gastrointestinal related indexes, the first intestinal ventilation, defecation and hospital stay of the two groups were compared, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was also compared.Results After nursing, the abdominal distension，exhaust/defecation and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the first defecation time, exhaust time and length of stay in hospital of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of postoperative selective nursing for patients with abdominal surgery can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function, but also can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
