Abstract：Objective To evaluate the feasibility of digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) replacing full-field digital mammography (FFDM).Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of patients suspected with breast disease who were admitted to the No.1 People′s Hospital of Fuzhou from June 2018 to July 2020 due to personal physical examination, breast pain,breast discomfort, self-reported touch with mass were retrospectively selected and compared.According to the examination methods, the patients were divided into the DBT group (n=60) and the FFDM group (n=60).With the postoperative pathological examination results as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of DBT and FFDM for breast lesions was analyzed, and the diagnostic value of DBT and FFDM for breast lesions was statistically analyzed.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of DBT in breast lesions was higher than that of FFDM, with statistical differences (P＜0.05);but there were no significant differences in the specificity, diagnostic accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value between DBT and FFDM (P＞0.05).Conclusion DBT is feasible to replace FFDM, with high diagnostic sensitivity,it is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical.
