传染病管理体系与防控联动机制在综合性医院传染病管理中应用效果

摘要目的探讨传染病管理体系与防控联动机制在综合性医院传染病管理中应用效果，以积极预防与控制传染性疾病。方法对东港市中心医院2018年10月传染病管理体系与防控联动机制实施前（2017年9月～2018年9月）传染病上报的873 例传染病疑似病例与实施后（2018年10月～2019年10月）传染病上报的1067 例传染病疑似病例进行研究，对实施前后确诊情况及患者满意度进行比较。结果传染病管理体系与防控联动机制实施前上报873 例疑似病例中，经诊断107 例确诊为传染病，占12.26%（107/873），实施后的上报的1067 例疑似病例中，经诊断334 例确诊为传染病，占30.31%（334/1067），实施后高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.152，P=0.021）。在对传染病管理效果满意度方面，实施后为97.31%，高于实施前的78.83%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=12.054，P=0.001）。结论传染病管理体系与防控联动机制在综合性医院传染病管理中应用，对传染病能有效发现与控制，有推广应用的价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of infectious disease management system and prevention and control linkage mechanism in the management of infectious diseases in general hospitals to actively prevent and control infectious diseases.Methods The 873 cases of suspected infectious diseases reported before the implementation of infectious disease management system and control linkage mechanism for prevention and control by Donggang Central Hospital in October 2018(September 2017 to September 2018)and 1067 cases of suspected infectious diseases reported after the implementation(October 2018 to October 2019)were studied,and the diagnosis and patient satisfaction before and after implementation were compared.Results Infectious disease management system and prevention and control linkage mechanism were reported to 873 cases of suspected infectious diseases before implementation,107 cases were diagnosed as infectious diseases,accounting for 12.26%(107/873),after implementation,suspected infectious diseases were directly reported to 1067 cases,334 diagnosed cases were diagnosed as infectious diseases,accounting for 30.31%(334/1067),after implementation was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.152,P=0.021).The satisfaction of infectious disease management effect was 97.31% after implementation,which was higher than 78.83% before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.054,P=0.001).Conclusion The application of the infectious disease management system and the prevention and control linkage mechanism in the management of infectious diseases in comprehensive hospitals can effectively detect and control infectious diseases and has the value of popularization and application.
