基于医学科普视频《深读视频》的翻转课堂教学模式在老年医学课程教学中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨基于医学科普视频《深读视频》的翻转课堂教学模式在老年医学课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取江西医学高等专科学校2018 级临床班的247 名学生作为研究对象，按班级分为实验组（125 名）和对照组（122 名），实验组采用基于《深读视频》的翻转课堂教学模式，对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组的理论考试成绩及实验组学生的满意度。结果实验组学生的理论考试成绩高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组学生对基于《深读视频》的翻转课堂教学模式各方面的的认可比例高于不认可的学生比例。结论基于《深读视频》的翻转课堂教学模式应用于老年医学教学，可提升学生的理论成绩，提高学习兴趣和能力。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode based on medical popular science video ShenDu-Video in geriatrics course teaching. Methods A total of 247 students from the 2018 clinical class of Jiangxi Medical College were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group (125 students) and the control group (122 students) according to class. The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on ShenDu-Video, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The theory test scores of the two groups and the students′ satisfaction of the experimental group were compared. Results The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The proportion of students in the experimental group who approved all aspects of the flipped classroom teaching mode based on ShenDu-Video were higher than the proportion of students who did not approve. Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching model based on ShenDu-Video is applied to geriatric medicine teaching, which can improve students′ theoretical performance, interest and ability in learning.
