优质护理服务在动静脉内瘘术后血液透析中的应用效果

摘要目的观察优质护理服务在动静脉内瘘术后血液透析（HD）护理的应用效果并分析对并发症发生率产生的影响。方法选取2019年1月～2020年6月广东省阳春市人民医院接受动静脉内瘘HD 治疗的100 例患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组各50 例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予优质护理。比较两组的并发症发生率、护理前和护理后3 个月的生活质量评分。结果研究组的并发症总发生率为6%，低于对照组的26%；其各项生活质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 HD 患者可在动静脉内瘘术后应用优质护理以改善生活质量，减少并发症发生。

Abstract：Objective To observe the application effect of high quality nursing service in hemodialysis(HD)after arteriovenous internal fistula operation,and to analyze the influence of high quality nursing service on the complication rate and other aspects.Methods A total of 100 patients who received HD treatment for arteriovenous internal fistula in Yangchun People′s Hospital in Guangdong Province from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,50 patients in either group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with high quality nursing.The incidences of complications and quality of life scores before and 3 months after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total complication rate in the study group was 6%,which was lower than 26% in the control group,the quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the quality of life and reduce complications,high quality nursing can be applied in HD patients after arteriovenous internal fistula operation.
