维持性血液透析患者家庭弹性与生活质量的相关性分析

摘要目的探讨维持性血液透析（MHD）患者家庭弹性与生活质量的相关性。方法选取2019年1—9月江西省中西医结合医院收治的104 例MHD 患者作为研究对象。采用问卷调查方法，进行一般资料、家庭弹性、生活质量调查，观察分析患者家庭弹性与生活质量相关性。结果 MHD 患者生活质量得分为（358.55±159.98）分，家庭弹性得分为（94.75±12.33）分。MHD 患者家庭弹性与生活质量呈正相关（r=0.313，P＜0.05）。家庭弹性中的家庭沟通与问题解决维度、持有积极看法维度与生活质量呈正相关（r=0.306、0.250，P＜0.05）。结论 MHD 患者家庭弹性与生活质量具有一定相关性。

Abstract：Objective To explore the correlation of the family resilience and the quality of life in patients on maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 104 maintenance hemodialysis patients in Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Jiangxi Province from January 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate general information,family resilience and quality of life,and the correlation between family resilience and quality of life was observed and analyzed.Results The score of the quality of life was （358.55±159.98）points,and the score of family resilience was （94.75±12.33）points.Family flexibility of MHD patients was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.313, P＜0.05).In the family flexibility,the family communication and problem-solving dimensions,and the positive view dimension were positively correlated with the quality of life(r=0.306,0.250, P＜0.05).Conclusion the family resilience is correlated with the quality of life in patients on maintenance hemodialysis.
