Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing path on the cardiac function and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 120 AMI patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the path group and the traditional group,60 cases in each group. The traditional group was given conventional nursing intervention, the path group was given rehabilitation nursing path intervention.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),mortality and total incidence of adverse events were observed between two groups. Results There were no significant difference LVEDD,LVESD between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the LVEDD,LVESD of the path group were lower than that in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence and mortality of adverse events in the path group were lower than those in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing path can significantly improve the cardiac function indicators of AMI patients, and the adverse events after intervention are significantly reduced, the mortality rate is low,and the patient′s prognosis is good.
