Objective To explore the effect of Danshen Ligustrazine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangmen City from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the cintrol group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Danshen Ligustrazine in the basis of the cintrol group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,serum inflammatory factors,and neuroendocrine hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end diastolic anteroposterior diameter(LVEDD),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),aldosterone(ADL),plasma renin(PRA),angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),norepinephrine(NE)and serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with Danshen Ligustrazine can improve heart function indicators,reduce myocardial energy consumption and improve the therapeutic effect by regulating the levels of serum inflammatory factors and neuroendocrine hormones.
