Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 70 CHF elderly patients hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from March to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group added exercise rehabilitation training. The effective rate of nursing, the changes of cardiac function index and exercise ability before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in cardiac function and exercise ability between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the heart ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that before nursing and the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the left ventricular end systolic diameter and end diastolic diameter of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the left ventricular end systolic diameter and end diastolic diameter of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the six min walking distance of the two groups after nursing were longer than those before nursing, the six min walking distance of the observation group after nursing was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise based cardiac rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the clinical effect during elderly patients with CHF the patients, cardiac indicators and exercise tolerance have been significantly improved, that plays an important role in reducing the impact of various complications.
