Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high permeable dialysis in elderly patients with uremia with abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism. Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with uremia admitted to Dalian Central Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with high permeable dialysis, and the control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis. The treatment effect, calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes, inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the levels of parathyroid hormone, blood phosphorus, and blood creatinine of the test group were lower than those of the control group, and the blood calcium level was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the experimental group after 6 months were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high permeable dialysis treatment in elderly patients with uremia with abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism can not only significantly improve the symptoms, but also reduce complications. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
