Abstract：Objective To approach the influence of prostate cancer patients by continuous nursing based on peer support.Methods The 120 cases clinical data of prostate cancer operation patients in Wuxi People′s Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January to August 2020 were analyzed,they were divided into the control group and the peer support group by different nursing intervention,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine continuity of nursing and continuous nursing based on peer support group was given continuous nursing based on peer support,the selfcare,life quality,self-efficacy,serum prostate specific antigen(PSA),urinary flow rate of two group patients before nursing and after nursing were compared.Results The self-care,life quality score,self-efficacy,PSA,urinary flow rate of two group before nursing were compared,the difference were no statistical significance(P＞0.05);after nursing,selfcare,life quality score,self-efficacy,urinary flow rate of two groups were higher than those before nursing in the same group,PSA was lower than that before nursing in the same group,self-care,life quality score,self-efficacy,urinary flow rate of continuous nursing based on peer support group were higher than those of the control group,PSA was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of prostate cancer patients by continuous nursing based on peer support,which could increase self-care,self-efficacy and life quality,decrease PSA,improve urinary flow rate,it is worth to be used.
