Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of humanized nursing in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with non-invasive ventilator. Methods A total of 90 COPD patients treated with noninvasive ventilator therapy in Jingzhou Chest Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and these patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with noninvasive ventilator after admission, the control group was treated by routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated by humanization nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The changes of blood gas indexes such as partial arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),partial arterial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2),partial arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)were monitored and recorded before and after nursing intervention of patients in the two groups, and the incidence of complications, endotracheal intubation rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The blood gas indexes such as PaO2 and SaO2 in the two groups after nursing were higher than those of before nursing, while PaCO2 was lower than that of before nursing, moreover, the levels of PaO2 and SaO2 in the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, while the level of PaCO2 after nursing in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of spontaneous pneumothorax, respiratory failure, right cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary hypertension and the intubation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing can significantly improve the blood gas indexes of COPD patients, reduce the incidence of complications and endotracheal intubation rate, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
