Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment of maternal with diastasis recti abdominis after parturition. Methods A total of 94 maternal with diastasis recti abdominis after parturition in Panyu District Sixth People′s Hospital of Guangzhou from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 47cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group received pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation basis on the control group. The condition of diastasis recti abdominis, pain(visual analogue scale[VAS])score and abdominal circumference recovery were compared between the two groups before and after 10 days of intervention, and the compliance of maternal treatment was investigated. Results There were no significant differences in the distance of diastasis recti abdominis,VAS score and abdominal circumference recovery between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the distance of diastasis recti abdominis of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the upper umbilical circumference, umbilical circumference and Infraumbilical circumference of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation could be shorten the distance of diastasis recti abdominis, reduce the pain of parturient, improve the treatment compliance, and restore the abdominal circumference to normal.
