Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of family-centered integrated delivery room model in parturients. Methods A total of 82 parturients who gave birth in Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Guangdong Province from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group. In the control group, traditional delivery room model was used, and in the observation group,family-centered integrated delivery room model was provided. The delivery mode, maternal and infant outcomes, psychological status and quality of life were compared in the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 95.12%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 65.85%,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 9.76%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 48.76%,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was 0.00%,lower than that of the control group accounting for 17.07%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were(42.56±3.88)and(45.15±3.28)points,respectively,lower than those of the control group of(47.15±3.96)and(50.60±3.74)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental state, appetite, sleep, daily life and society function in the observation group were(3.31±0.17)points,(3.23±0.15),(3.33±0.19),(3.05±0.18),and(3.32±0.18)points,all higher than those of the control group,(2.19±0.13),(2.39±0.19),(2.22±0.21),(2.18±0.17),,and(2.35±0.19)points,respectively,the differences mentioned above all differed statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-centered integrated delivery room model can improve the maternal mental state, increase the rate of natural delivery, reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes, and ameliorate the quality of life.
