Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of image and text teaching combined with feedback teaching method in health education of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From January to June 2020,108 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were hospitalized in Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital and underwent PCI were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received regular health education,and the observation group received health education with image and text teaching combined with feedback teaching method.The medication compliance,related knowledge scores after PCI,the incidence of angina and the rate of rehospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after discharge,the medication compliance rate and related knowledge scores after PCI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the incidence of angina and rehospitalization rate were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Image and text teaching combined with feedback teaching method can improve the medication compliance of patients after PCI and the mastery of related knowledge after PCI,and reduce the incidence of angina and rehospitalization.
