优质护理干预对精神分裂症患者健康知识知晓程度及服药依从性的影响

摘要目的探讨优质护理对精神分裂症患者健康知识知晓程度及服药依从性的影响。方法　采用前瞻性研究，于2015年1月～2016年10月将广州市民政局精神病院首发精神分裂症患者124例，用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各62例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行优质护理；以干预前、干预后6、12个月为观察点，记录自知力与治疗态度问卷量表（ITAQ）分值、健康知识得分、各组平均依从率。结果干预后6、12个月时，观察组ITAQ分值高于对照组（P<0.05）；6及12个月时观察组健康知识得分高于对照组（P<0.05）；干预6、12个月时观察组平均依从率分别为（88.18±10.11）%、（90.01±9.21）%，高于对照组（P<0.05）；12 个月时观察组平均依从率高于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），但与6个月时差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论优质护理用于精神分裂症患者护理，能增加患者健康知识，持续改善患者自知力及治疗态度，而确保近期及远期用药依从率稳步提高。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of high quality nursing on the level of knowledge of health knowledge and medication compliance in schizophrenia patients.MethodsProspective study was carried out,schizophrenic patients 124 cases in Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital from Jaunary 2015 to October 2016,was divided into two groups by random number table method,62 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing and observation group was used high quality nursing.Before intervention,6 months and 12 months as the observation point,and the ITAQ score,health knowledge score and average compliance rate of each group were recorded.ResultsThe scores of ITAQ of the observation group at 6 months and 12 months after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group respectively(P<0.05).The scores of health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months and 12 months.The average compliance rate of the observation group at 6 months was(88.18±10.11)%,at 12 months was(90.01±9.21)%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average compliance rate of the observation group at 12 months was higher than that before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistical difference between the group and the 6 months(P＞0.05).ConclusionHigh quality nursing is used in the care of patients with schizophrenia,which can increase patient′s health knowledge and continually improve patient′s self-knowledge and attitude towards treatment,so as to ensure steady improvement of drug compliance in the near and long term.
