Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of feedback teaching method on the exercise compliance and recurrence rate in patients with protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci.Methods80 patients with protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with computer program, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group used feedback teaching method. The exercise compliance and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.ResultsThe exercise compliance in the observation group(75.00%)was higher than that in the control group(25.00%), the recurrence rate(7.50%)was lower than that in the control group(42.50%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFeedback teaching method shows positive effects in enhancing compliance for the lumbar disc herniation patient on training back muscles and reducing the recurrence rate.Feedback teaching method is an effective health education method.
