Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of fentanyl Hegu acupoint injection on rapid recovery after cesarean section. Methods From November 2018 to March 2020,200 cases of maternal cesarean section in Gao′an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected and divided into control group and research group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fentanyl intravenous injection combined with intravenous analgesia, and the research group was treated with fentanyl acupoint injection combined with intravenous analgesia. The perioperative indexes, analgesia and comfort score, neonatal Apgar score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The first exhaust time, eating time and ambulation time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding 24 h after operation between the two groups(P>0.05);the visual anaglogue scale(VAS)and bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS)of the research group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the Apgar score of the two groups at 1 min and 5 min after delivery(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fentanyl combined with acupoint injection after cesarean section can effectively relieve maternal pain, improve comfort, with less adverse reactions and high safety. It can be used as the first choice for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section, which is worthy of promotion and application.
