阿维A联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果

摘要目的探讨阿维A 联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果。方法选取2019年5～8月江门市新会区皮肤医院诊治的62 例斑块状银屑病患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（31 例）与试验组（31 例），对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗，试验组采用阿维A 联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗，比较两组的皮损情况、皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）评分、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗前的银屑病面积与严重性（PASI）评分、DLQI 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后两组的PASI 评分、DLQI 评分低于治疗前，且试验组的PASI评分、DLQI 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论阿维A 联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗斑块状银屑病效果显著，可改善症状，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Acitretin combined with Capotriol Ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods A total of 62 patients with plaque psoriasis diagnosed and treated in Dermatology Hospital of Xinhui District in Jiangmen City from May to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into the control group (31 cases) and the experimental group (31 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Capotriol Ointment, and the experimental group was treated with Abitra combined with Capotriol Ointment. Skin lesions, dermatological life quality index (DLQI) score, clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in psoriasis area and severity (PASI) score and DLQI score between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment,PASI score and DLQI score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, PASI score and DLQI score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The combination of Acitretin and Capestriol Ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis has significant effect, can improve the symptoms, improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
