Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of traditional open surgery in the treatment of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 122 patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction who were treated in Haicheng Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 61 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conservative non-surgical method, while patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional open surgery. The clinical treatment effect, remission time of related symptoms, recovery time and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (93.44% vs. 77.05%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (6.56% vs. 19.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The remission time of related symptoms and recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional open surgery for the treatment of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction, its clinical treatment effect is significant, with high safety, can shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms and recovery time of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, promote the recovery of patients′body function, thereby effectively improving the quality of life of patients, which has more promotion and application value in the future clinical work, and should be given priority.
