Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation+pelvic floor muscle exercise treats early postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 78 patients with early postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to Shenyang Yongsen Hospital,Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group only received pelvic floor muscle exercise, while the observation group received biofeedback electrical stimulation+pelvic floor muscle exercise. The urine leakage, improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength, short form of urinary incontinence questionnaire(ICIQ-SF)and female sexual function index(FSFI)scores were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in urine leakage between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The amount of urine leakage in the observation group after treatment was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, all indexes of pelvic floor muscle strength in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ICIQ-SF and FSFI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the ICIQ-SF score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the FSFI score was higher than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the ICIQ-SF score of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the FSFI score was higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of early postpartum stress urinary incontinence can significantly improve the patient′s pelvic floor muscle function, reduce the symptoms of stress urinary incontinence, and promote the quality of sexual life of patients It has a good recovery effect and is worth recommending.
