快速康复外科联合中医护理在泌尿外科患者围术期的应用效果

摘要

目的探讨快速康复外科（FTS）联合中医护理在泌尿外科患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院2017年10月～2019年10月治疗的100 例患者作为研究对象，采用电脑随机分组将其分为对照组与研究组，每组各50 例。对照组给予FTS 理念护理，研究组在FTS 理念护理的基础上联合中医护理。对两组的护理总满意度、并发症总发生率进行比较。结果研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用FTS 理念联合中医护理用于泌尿外科患者围术期，有助于降低患者的并发症发生，且患者对该种护理模式满意。

Abstract：

Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery (FTS) combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of urology.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients in the perioperative period admitted to Weihai Second Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the research group using random grouping by computer, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given FTS nursing path, the research group was given FTS nursing path with nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The total satisfaction of nursing and the total incidence of complications in two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of nursing in research group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications in research group was lower than that in control group, with significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of FTS combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of urology patients can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the total satisfaction of nursing.
