Abstract: As a conceptual model modeling method and idea, ontology is a conceptual model modeling tool that can describe the system from two aspects of knowledge level and semantics, and can derive conceptual organization with theoretical evidence. Its commonly used development tool is Protégé. The thought of ″strength spleen and stomach″ has important guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The establishment of a conceptual framework of TCM nursing with ″strength spleen and stomach″ as the core will help enrich the ideological connotation of ″strength and stomach″. The article analyze the research status of ″strength spleen and stomach″ TCM nursing thinking and finds that there is no report on the construction of ″strength spleen and stomach″ TCM nursing conceptual framework. Therefore, combining the current research status and conceptual framework construction methods, the framework construction ideas are proposed. It is planned to use holistic nursing concepts and dialectical nursing as guidance, from disease observation, daily life nursing, medication nursing, diet nursing,emotional nursing, preventive nursing, and digging out the content of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care of the "strength spleen and stomach", clarifying the relationship between concepts and constructing. The conceptual framework of TCM, nursing care with clear concepts, standardized expressions and clear levels is intended to be used to guide clinical nursing work.
