中医护理模式对预防股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢静脉血栓的影响

摘要目的评价中医护理模式对预防股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢静脉血栓的效果。方法选取我院2017年2月～2018年5月收治的62例老年股骨颈骨折术后患者，根据患者的就诊时间分为观察组（n=31）和对照组（n=31）。观察组采用中医护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式，比较两组临床相关指标（术后7 d疼痛评分、下肢肿胀程度）、护理满意度、下肢静脉血栓发生率。结果观察组术后7 d疼痛评分、下肢肿胀程度、下肢静脉血栓发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论股骨颈骨折术后行中医护理，可预防下肢静脉血栓形成，在改善患者下肢肿胀程度、疼痛症状等方面均可发挥较强的优势。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing mode on prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)according to the time of treatment.The observation group was adopted traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode,while the control group was adopted conventional nursing mode.The clinical related indexes(pain score 7 day after operation,lower limb swelling degree),nursing satisfaction and incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis)were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score,lower extremity swelling degree and lower extremity venous thrombosis incidence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 7 days after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion TCM nursing after operation of femoral neck fracture can prevent venous thrombosis of lower extremity and play a strong role in improving swelling degree and pain symptoms of lower extremity.
