Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 160 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2017 were selected.According to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given general nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given cluster nursing, and the bed time, the time of infusion, the duration of moderate and above pain, the time of hospitalization, and the satisfaction of the patients to the nursing care were compared.between two groups. Results In the observation group, the bed time was(5.1±1.0)d,infusion time was(5.6±1.5)d,continuous severe pain time was(9.5±2.6)d,hospitalization time was(17±3.1)d,and the time of diagnosis and treatment were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Of the 80 patients in the observation group,76 cases were satisfactory,3 cases were basically satisfactory and 1 were dissatisfied. The total satisfaction rate of nursing was 98.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, cluster care can effectively relieve the pain, shorten the time of hospitalization and bed,and improve the patient′s satisfaction with the nursing.
