Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application value of detailed high-quality nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods A total of 80 cases of ACI in Jinpu District,the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,the observation group received detailed high-quality nursing care,all were followed up for 1 month.The neurological function and life quality were compared;the language proficiency test in the two groups was compared;proportion of bad living habits still existing in the two groups after intervention was compared;the treatment compliance in the two groups was counted.Results After 1 month,the neurological European stroke score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the Barthel index score of improved life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The language ability score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The total proportion of smoking,drinking,greasy and spicy diet and staying up late in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The total compliance of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Detailed high-quality nursing for patients with ACI can effectively promote the improvement of neurological function and life quality,so it can promote the recovery of language function after the onset,change bad living habits and improve treatment compliance.
