Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous subarachnoid block of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil in labor analgesia during labor. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who delivered in the Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A and group B,50 cases in each group.Group A used Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil for continuous subarachnoid block analgesia.Group B received only Ropivacaine for continuous subarachnoid block analgesia. The duration of labor, pain score, onset time of analgesia, duration of first analgesia, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the duration of the first and second stages of labor between group A and B (P>0.05);the pain scores of parturients in group A were lower than those in group B at the 1 h of analgesia, the time of 7-8 cm in uterine opening and the time of full opening in uterine orifice, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the onset time of analgesia in group A was shorter than that in group B,but the duration of first analgesia was longer than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between group A and group B (P>0.05).Conclusion The continuous subarachnoid block of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil has a significant analgesic effect in the labor analgesia during labor, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
