Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence of Doula accompanying joint delivery analgesia on quality of delivery.Methods A total of 132 cases of vaginal delivery women admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 were selected,according to the random envelope method and consent,they were divided into control group(n=66)and study group(n=66).The control group was used a simple guide to accompany the childbirth.The study group was guided by a combination of Doula and delivery analgesia.The pain levels,emergency cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,labor time，neonatal asphyxia rate,and postpartum adverse events were analyzed.Results The severe pain rate,emergency cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,labor time,neonatal asphyxia rate and incidence of postpartum adverse events were lower in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the process of maternal childbirth,giving Doula accompanying anesthesia with analgesic delivery can relieve the pain and shorten the duration of labor.It can also reduce the rate of emergency caesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,and has high clinical application value.It is worth promoting.
