Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of Celecoxib combined with Glucosamine in the rehabilitation of patients with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with moderate and severe knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Glucosamine,and the observation group was treated with Celecoxib combined with Glucosamine.The improvement of osteoarthritis index, pain level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in osteoarthritis index between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the osteoarthritis indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The osteoarthritis index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Celecoxib combined with Glucosamine has a significant effect on promoting functional recovery in patients with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. It can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients, and the drug is relatively safe and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
