Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinshang Shifu Liquid in the treatment of early calcaneal fracture. Methods A total of 70 patients with closed calcaneal fractures admitted to Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the treatment group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases) according to the method of random number table. The patients in the treatment group were treated with the external application of Xinshang Shifu Liquid, while the patients in the control group was treated with the external application of sodium aescinate liniment. The clinical effect, swelling and pain degree of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 94.2%,higher than that of the control group (68.7%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of swelling and pain in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Xinshang Shifu Liquid has a definite effect in the early treatment of calcaneal fracture, and can effectively relieve the swelling and pain in the early stage of calcaneal fracture, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
