Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of 3D printing assisted reduction and internal fixation with tarsal sinus small incision in treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods 42 patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures treated in Xintang Hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the subjects, and divided into experimental group and control group,21 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional calcaneal lateral"L"type extended incision reduction plate internal fixation, the patients in the experimental group were treated with 3D printing assisted minimally invasive reduction and internal fixation of the tarsal sinus. The postoperative fracture healing and clinical recovery effect were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The Bohler angle and Gissane angle in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after the treatment. The excellent and good rate of calcaneal treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group 9 months after operation. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (9.5%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.0%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures with 3D printing assisted reduction and internal fixation with small incision of the tarsal sinus is beneficial to the reduction of calcaneal fractures, shortening the healing time of calcaneal fractures and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
