Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods67 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo treated in our department from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group (n=34)and the control group (n=33).The control group was treated with Cinpazide Maleate injection and Betahistine mesylate,the treatment group was treated with Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 91.17%,which was significantly higher than 75.75%of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The levels of D-DT,Hcy,three glycerol and total cholesterol after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group, with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionLing Gui Zhu Gan Decoction can effectively treat posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
