过敏性鼻炎治疗药物的现状与展望

摘要过敏性鼻炎（AR）是由IgE 介导的呼吸系统慢性疾病，也是常见的全球性呼吸系统多发疾病。具有发病率高、复发率高和难以根治的特点，对患者生活质量造成严重影响，因此寻找有效的抗AR 药物成为医学研究热点。随着对AR 发病机制的不断深入研究，以抗组胺药物和激素药物为代表的西药治疗、以抗IgE 单克隆抗体为代表的靶向药物、以淋巴管内免疫治疗和表皮免疫治疗为代表的免疫疗法不断涌现，极大缓解改善了AR 患者的症状。此外，中医药作为代替和补充方法，在AR 治疗中也显示了良好的应用前景。本文综述了AR 的药物治疗现状，梳理了现有治疗药物的不足，对未来治疗有可能突破的方向进行了展望，以期为后续的药物开发提供新的思路和借鉴。

Abstract：Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a chronic respiratory disease mediated by IgE，and it is also a common global respiratory multiple disease. It has the characteristics of high incidence，high recurrence rate and difficult to cure，which has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients，so the search for effective anti-AR drugs has become the focus of medical research. With the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of AR，Western medicine therapy represented by antihistamines and hormone drugs，targeted drugs represented by anti-IgE monoclonal antibody，and immunotherapy represented by lymphatic immunotherapy and epidermal immunotherapy continue to emerge，and some drugs have achieved gratifying results. In addition，traditional Chinese medicine，as a substitute and supplement，has shown a good application prospect in the treatment of AR. This paper summarizes the current situation of drug treatment of AR，combs the shortcomings of existing therapeutic drugs，and looks forward to the possible breakthrough direction of treatment in the future，in order to provide new ideas and reference for follow-up drug development.
