隔姜灸治疗尿潴留的临床效果

摘要目的探究隔姜灸治疗尿潴留的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月～2019年2月我院收治的100 例尿潴留患者作为研究对象，根据计算机随机化法分为实验组（n=50）与对照组（n=50）。对照组患者采用导尿管留置保守治疗，实验组患者采用导尿管留置联合隔姜灸治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果、疾病复发率、排尿功能评分、残余尿量、首次自行排尿所需时间。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率（90.00%）高于对照组（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前的残余尿量、排尿功能评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者治疗后的残余尿量均少于治疗前，排尿功能评分均低于治疗前，其中实验组患者治疗后的残余尿量少于对照组，排尿功能评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者首次自行排尿所需时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的疾病复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论尿潴留患者接受隔姜灸治疗，能够更好地促进其疾病症状的缓解，改善其排尿功能，且操作简单，经济实用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion with ginger in the treatment of urinary retention.Methods A total of 100 patients with urinary retention treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the computer randomized method, they were divided into the experimental group (n=50) and the control group (n=50). The control group was treated with catheter indwelling conservatively, while the experimental group was treated with catheter indwelling combined with ginger moxibustion. The treatment effect, disease recurrence rate, urination function score, residual urine volume and the time required for the first selfurination were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate (90.00%) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (70.00%), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the residual urine volume, micturition function scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). The residual urine volume in the two groups after treatment was less than that before treatment, and the micturition function score was lower than that before treatment, and the residual urine volume after treatment in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, the micturition function score was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The time required for self-urination for the first time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The disease recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment with ginger moxibustion in patients with urinary retention can promote the remission of disease symptoms and improve the function of urination. It is easy to operate, economical and practical.
