Abstract:Objective To explore the delivery room early nursing intervention for prevention of postpartum urinary retention.Methods From May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital obstetric delivery,the clinical data of 150 cases of maternalwomen were retrospectively analyzed,according to different nursingmethods,they were divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in the observation group were used the delivery room early maternal nursing intervention,75 cases of maternal in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,maternal postpartum urinary retention rate,nursing satisfaction,time of urination,urethral catheterization rate index for the first time of two groups were compared.Results The observation group of maternal postpartum urinary retention rate was significantly lower than that of control group of 5.33%to 17.33%,and the observation group ofmaternal urethral catheterization rate was 1.33%less than 9.33%of the control group(P<0.05);observation group ofmaternal urination time was shorter than that of control group for the first time(P<0.01).Conclusion The delivery room early nursing intervention can help prevent the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention,promotematernal postpartum urine in time,promote the puerpera restores,it isworthy of popularization and application.
