Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in patientswith gallbladder stones.Methods 64 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected as the target of this study，and were randomly assigned by the envelope.The control group of 32 patients were received general nursing，the experimental group of 32 patientswith the implementation of evidence based nursing.Two groups of patients with gallstone patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery pain lasting time，pain scores，satisfaction score and complications incidence were analyzed and compared.Results Two groups postoperative of pain score on the 1stand 2ndday without significant difference （P＞0.05）；but between groups after the 3rd，4thand 5thdays of pain score，pain last time，satisfaction scoreswere significantly different（P＜0.01）.In the control group of 32 patientswith the complication rate was 37.50%，which was significantly higher than that of experimental group （9.38%）（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Evidence based nursing care can effectively reduce the pain of patients，reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient′s satisfaction.
