Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of questionnaire assessment-based health education in early rehabilitation of young and middle-aged patients with stroke. Methods A total of 60 young and middle-aged patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into the study group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine health education, and the study group was given questionnaire assessment-based health education. Before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention, the compliance, limb function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the exercise adherence questionnaire (EAQ) score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The score of EAQ in study group after intervention was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the SCL-90 score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The SCL-90 scores in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The SCL-90 score in the study group after intervention was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of Modified Barthel Index (MBI) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and the scores of items of stroke specific quality of life (SS-QOL) between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The scores of MBI and FMA and scores of items of SS-QOL in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of MBI and FMA and scores of items of SS-QOL in the study group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Questionnaire assessment-based health education can effectively improve the compliance of early rehabilitation exercise and enhance the limb function, psychological status and quality of life of young and middle-aged patients with stroke.
