盐酸胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期伴心律失常的效果

摘要目的探讨盐酸胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期伴心律失常的效果。方法选取2016年9月～2019年9月在我院进行治疗的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期伴心律失常患者进行研究，依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。两组患者均接受常规对症治疗，对照组给予盐酸胺碘酮治疗，观察组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒。所有患者均治疗2 周。比较两组患者疗程结束后的治疗效果、治疗前后的动态心电图检查结果以及用药期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的室性期前收缩频率低于对照组，ST段压低以及ST段压低持续时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者用药期间的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论稳心颗粒能够提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期伴心律失常的治疗效果，改善患者的室性早搏频率、ST段压低以及ST段压低持续时间，且不增加患者的不良反应，值得临床推荐。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Amiodarone Hydrochloride combined with Wenxin Granules in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with arrhythmia.Methods From September 2016 to September 2019, 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with arrhythmia were selected for study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups received routine symptomatic treatment, the control group was given Amiodarone Hydrochloride treatment, and the observation group was added with Wenxin Granules on this basis.All patients were treated for 2 weeks.The treatment effect after the end of treatment,the results of dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the frequency of premature ventricular contractions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the ST segment depression and duration of ST segment depression in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Granules can improve the therapeutic effect of arrhythmia in acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, improve the frequency of ventricular premature beat, the duration of ST segment depression and ST segment depression, and do not increase the adverse reactions of patients, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
