Abstract:Objective To study the application value of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of development dysplasia of hip (DDH) in infants. Methods A total of 30 children with clinically suspected DDH were selected between March 2019 and April 2020 in Shangrao Municipal Hospital. All children received two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound hip examinations. The examination time of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound, examination compliance of children, and consistency of twodimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound were compared. Results The examination time of the two groups of children with three-dimensional ultrasound were shorter than those of two-dimensional ultrasound, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The compliance of the two groups of children with three-dimensional ultrasound were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis sensitivity was 68.42%,specificity was 90.91%,accuracy rate was 76.67%,positive predictive value was 92.86%,negative predictive value was 62.50%,Kappa value was 0.541.Threedimensional ultrasound diagnosis sensitive degree was 84.21%,specificity was 90.91%,accuracy rate was 86.67%,positive predictive value was 94.11%,negative predictive value was 76.92%,Kappa value was 0.724.Conclusion Threedimensional ultrasound can shorten the examination time and observe the condition of hip joint more accurately. It can be used as a routine examination method.
