Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise during pregnancy on the outcome of labor. Methods From November 2018 to November 2019, 98 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy examination and did delivery in our hospital were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the randomized controlled principle, with 49 cases in each group. The pregnant women in the control group received routine guidance during pregnancy, and the pregnant women in the observation group received guidance on aerobic exercise during pregnancy. The weight gain during pregnancy, emotional state before childbirth, delivery mode, labor pain grading, the time of delivery of pregnant women in natural delivery, and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the weight gain during pregnancy, self-rating anxiety scale score and self-rating depression scale score before delivery were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The delivery pain grading in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of the first, second, and third stages of labor in pregnant women who gave birth naturally in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise during pregnancy can control maternal weight gain during pregnancy, improve the emotional state before delivery, and enhance the delivery effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
