Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Misoprostol in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy who were treated in Ruijin People′s Hospital from August 2016 to July 2019 were selected retrospectively as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by throwing method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional method, and the experimental group was treated with Misoprostol. The efficacy and safety of the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of postpartum bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group at 2 and 24 h, and the incidence of postpartum bleeding in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment with Misoprostol helps to reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and ensure the safety of pregnant women with gestational hypertension.
