Abstract：Standardized clinical trial data collection and management is an important condition for ensuring the quality and level of clinical trials. The existing clinical trial management systems at home and abroad have problems such as poor compatibility，inconvenience in use，and difficulty in promotion. In order to develop a clinical trial data management system that meets the requirements of clinical trial data management，the hospital develops and designs it based on the clinical trial process，introduces the system′s construction design，technical route，and system functions. Meanwhile，the system can retain existing working habits and easy operation； interface with other hospital systems，directly collect data，reduce manual transcription，and avoid the chance of errors； automatically generate eCRF and SRS data packets，multi-plan deployment，easy to popularize.
