眼视光技术专业校企合作培养模式的构建与实践

摘要 ]随着视光行业对眼视光技术人才需求的增加，如何培养面向产业和区域经济发展需要的专业技术应用型人才，已成为眼视光职业教育迫切需要解决的问题。校企合作是解决这一问题的有效途径。本研究在明确眼视光技术专业人才培养目标的基础上，构建了校企合作培养模式。通过课程体系的建设、师资队伍的建设、专业技能培养、社会服务能力等几方面进行校企合作培养模式的实施。提高了学生就业的竞争力，为学校赢得了良好的声誉，为企业储备了大量的人才，为区域经济的发展做出了贡献。

Abstract：With the increasing demand for optometry talents in the optometry industry,how to cultivate professional and technical talents for industrial and regional economic development has become an urgent problem for optometry vocational education.College-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to solve this problem.Based on the goal of cultivating the professional talents of optometry,this study has established a college-enterprise cooperation training model.Through the construction of the curriculum system,the construction of the teaching staff,the cultivation of professional skills,and the ability of social services,the college-enterprise cooperation training mode will be implemented.It has improved the competitiveness of students′employment,won a good reputation for the school,and reserved a large number of talents for the company,contributing to the development of the regional economy.
