乳房保健操在初产妇中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨乳房保健操在初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月～2019年6月我院收治的80例初产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。对照组采用常规乳房护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予乳房保健操干预。统计两组产妇的泌乳情况及胎便排空时间、每日体重减少量，采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价产妇干预前后的乳房疼痛程度，比较两组的护理满意度及并发症总发生率。结果观察组的泌乳良好率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组的VAS评分及并发症总发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的新生儿胎便排空时间短于对照组，每日体重增加量大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用乳房保健操对初产妇进行干预，能提高泌乳良好率和护理满意度，减轻乳房疼痛程度，缩短胎便排出时间，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract：Objective To explore application effect of breast health exercises in primiparas.Methods A total of 80 primiparaswhowere admitted to the hospital during the period from July 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled as study objects.They were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group underwent routine breast nursing intervention,while the observation group underwent breast health exercises intervention on basis of the control group.Thematernal lactation,meconium emptying time and daily weight loss in both groupswere statistically analyzed.The visual analogue scale (VAS)was applied to evaluate breast pain degree before and after intervention.The nursing satisfaction and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The good rate of lactation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the VAS score and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The neonatal meconium emptying time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,while daily weight gain in the observation group was greater than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Breast health exercises intervention for primiparas can improve good rate of lactation and nursing satisfaction,alleviate breast pain degree,shortenmeconium emptying time,and reduce incidence of complications.
