Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic hysteromyoma in the treatment of submucous uterinemyoma. Methods A total of 112patientswith submucous uterinemyoma treated in our hospital from June 2016to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the wishes and physical conditions of the patients, the surgicalmethods were determined. These patients were divided into the control group (n=44)and the observation group (n=68)according to the differences in surgicalmethods. The control group was treated with conventional open hysteromyomectomy and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic hysteromyoma. The operation and postoperative conditionswere compared between the two groups, and the recurrence rate was counted after 12months followup for 24months.Results ①During the operation in the observation group, the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of the control group, the amount of vaginal bleeding at 24hours was less than that of the control group, the postoperative exhaust time was shorter than that of the control group, the first time of getting out of bed was shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).②The incidence of operative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③All patients were followed up for 12and 24months,and all patients were followed up for 16months,but there was no significant difference in satisfaction rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery for submucosal uterine fibroids can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, promote postoperative exhaustion, promote postoperative recovery, and reduce complications. Its long-term treatment is ideal.
