Abstract:Objective To explore the application of ″empathic″ nursing mode in psychological nursing of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods From April 2017 to August 2018,98 patients with AMI treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine psychological nursing intervention. The observation group implemented the ″empathic″ nursing model on the basis of the control group. After the nursing, the psychological and emotional changes and hospitalization time of two groups were compared. Results After the nursing, the scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The length of stay was (7.8±5.9) d in the observation group and (15.9±3.5) d in the control group. The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0%,higher than that of the control group (89.8%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The ″empathic″ nursing model has a significant application value in the psychological nursing of AMI,which can effectively improve the patient′s psychological and emotional state, maintain the patient′s emotional stability, thereby stabilizing the condition and shortening the hospitalization time of the patient. It is recommended to clinical promotion.
