Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing mode in thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods A total of 60 patients with ACI treated by thrombolysis in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing mode.National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score, simplified Fugl-Meyer (FMA) score, functional independence measure (FIM) score, modified Barther index score, compliance behavior of patients, incidence of complications and other related indicators before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Furthermore, the effect of continuous nursing mode on patients undergoing thrombolytic therapy for ACI was analyzed. Results The NIHSS score of the two groups of patients after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and their FMA score, modified Barther index score and FIM score were higher than those before nursing, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Moreover,the NIHSS score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and its FMA score, modified Barther index score and FIM score were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the observation group who followed doctor′s advice after nursing was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing mode has significant effect in the nursing of patients with ACI undergoing thrombolytic therapy. It can reduce complications, promote the recovery of patients′ neurological and limb functions, and improve patients′ daily living ability. It is worthy of clinical reference and application.
