Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 200 cases of breast cancer surgery patients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into routine nursing concept group (n=100) and evidence-based nursing concept group (n=100).The evidence-based nursing concept group adopts the evidence-based concept nursing method,and the conventional nursing concept group adopts the conventional nursing method.The nursing satisfaction,the time of bedtime after breast cancer surgery,the length of hospital stay,the cost of hospitalization,the psychological score of self-evaluation before and after nursing,and the psychological score of self-evaluation of depression between two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the evidence-based nursing concept group was higher than that of the conventional nursing concept group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The evidence-based nursing concept group anxiety selfassessment psychological,depression self-assessment psychological scores were lower than those of the conventional nursing concept group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the evidence-based nursing concept group,the time of bed-out and hospitalization after breast cancer surgery were shorter than those of the conventional nursing concept group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the conventional nursing concept group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for breast cancer patients has a significant benefit in promoting breast cancer recovery and reducing their medical burden,and breast cancer patients have higher satisfaction with nursing services and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
