Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in laser combined with 5-Aminolevulinic Acid(ALA)photodynamic therapy for patients with pregnancy complicated with vulvar condyloma acuminata. Methods One hundred patients in pregnancy combined with vulvar condyloma acuminata who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to computer random method. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group adopted comprehensive nursing. The nursing efficiency, recurrence rate, total adverse reaction rate, life quality score and total nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the nursing efficiency and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate and life quality score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy for patients in pregnancy complicated with vulvar condyloma acuminatum, together with comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the overall incidence of adverse reactions, and patients are satisfied with this nursing model.
