综合性护理在妊娠合并外阴尖锐湿疣患者激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨综合性护理在妊娠合并外阴尖锐湿疣患者行激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸（ALA）光动力疗法治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月～2018年2月我院收治的100 例妊娠合并外阴尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象，根据电脑随机法分为对照组和研究组，每组各50 例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用综合性护理。比较两组护理有效率、复发率、不良反应总发生率、生活质量评分和护理总满意度。结果两组的护理有效率、复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理总满意度、生活质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论激光联合ALA 光动力疗法治疗妊娠合并外阴尖锐湿疣患者，并配合综合性护理干预，可降低患者的不良反应总发生率，且患者对该护理模式满意度较高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in laser combined with 5-Aminolevulinic Acid(ALA)photodynamic therapy for patients with pregnancy complicated with vulvar condyloma acuminata.Methods One hundred patients in pregnancy combined with vulvar condyloma acuminata who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to computer random method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group adopted comprehensive nursing.The nursing efficiency,recurrence rate,total adverse reaction rate,life quality score and total nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the nursing efficiency and recurrence rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate and life quality score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy for patients in pregnancy complicated with vulvar condyloma acuminatum,together with comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the overall incidence of adverse reactions,and patients are satisfied with this nursing model.
